Today, I read a few of your recent blog posts after following the dialog(?) with Matt on Metrics.

I do not subscribe to thoughts of anyone without reason however high from the heaven he speaks. There are testing greats and then there is the hard practicality of dealing with testing challenges on a daily basis...

I would say - Let the wind blow from all sides.

And I say to you - Thanks.

It would be wonderful if as a profession we could focus on the paragraph after "Go for it..".

Instead we seem to be focused on the personality cult of several testing gurus and not heading towards the 'common truth' that we need.
